Heart Healthly Shopping list

February is Heart Month and I wanted to share this list from our in store magazine, Delicious Living.

Flaxseed oil: Omega-3 fatty acids
Natural polyunsaturated oils: olive, canola, safflower, soy essential fatty acids
Oat bran or oatmeal: soluble fiber
Soy milk, soy nuts: soy protein
Tofu: soy protein
Whole-grain breads: complex carbohydrates
