Give it a try. I may just become one of your favorite Summer snacks, as it is mine!
You'll need:
1 cucumber
1/2 a lemon
2 tbs olive oil
garlic salt to taste (you can also use sea salt with fresh minced garlic)

Slice cucumber and place into bowl.
squeeze lemon juice onto cucumber slices.
add olive oil
add garlic salt
stir
enjoy
